This weekend Tor, our Communications Director, finally managed to get his mother to make the switch to Opera (from IE). His father made the switch when we were still license-funded and his brother made the jump in 2006, so there was only one family member left.
So, why did his mom first make the switch? Because some smart system developers at an organization where they help fund foreign aid projects recommended external users to use Opera (or Firefox).

We have two official video channels (YouTube and DailyMotion) where we publish tutorials, ads, and guided tours (among other things).
What we really want to do is show-off videos made by you. We'd like to spotlight your creative talent here on Choose Opera. Be as creative as possible. The video can for example be a short demo of your favorite Opera feature or just a video of yourself walking down the street wearing an Opera t-shirt.
We want this to be a channel for you and your talent..

The first half of October will see the beginning of the next three tours in Opera’s university tours program to France, China, and the U.K.
Ever wanted to meet Opera in person or hear the latest news on the Web from people leading the industry?
